We want you to feel confident when shopping with Needoh Nice Cube. Please review this Return & Refund Policy before requesting a return.

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us first at [email protected]. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened where applicable
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all tags, inserts, labels, manuals, packaging, gifts, and accessories
  • Returned within the approved return period

3. Toy and Hygiene Restrictions

Because fidget toys and sensory toys are handled directly, squeezed, stretched, and used for tactile play, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, damaged, or missing original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used fidget toys, sensory toys, squeeze toys, or stress balls
  • Opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
  • Items that have been stretched, squeezed heavily, bitten, cut, punctured, torn, stained, leaking, or damaged
  • Items missing packaging, tags, labels, inserts, gifts, or accessories
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products restricted for hygiene, health, or safety reasons

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide the next steps.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

8. Exchanges

If you need a different product, color, style, set, or toy type, please contact us. Depending on availability, we may recommend placing a new order and returning the original eligible item.

9. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelable.
