Thank you for shopping with Needoh Nice Cube. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to most addresses within Canada. Some remote locations, P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or restricted delivery areas may not be eligible for delivery.

2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During promotional periods, product launches, inventory checks, or severe weather, processing may take longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier service, weather, remote areas, customs processing, address issues, and other conditions outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping fees may vary based on order value, product size, product weight, delivery location, and shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier first.

Needoh Nice Cube is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the package, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.
