Needoh Nice Cube offers fidget toys, sensory toys, stress relief toys, squeeze toys, squishy cubes, playful gifts, and everyday calming toys.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most addresses within Canada. Some remote locations, P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or restricted delivery areas may not be eligible for delivery.

How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is usually 5–12 business days after the order ships.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you may receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change my shipping address?

Used fidget toys, sensory toys, opened items restricted for hygiene or safety reasons, damaged items, leaking items, final sale items, gift cards, and items missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
